Who It Is For & Why

Who is it for:
- – Those who want to maximize their investment in real estate, by helping them come up with a mortgage and real estate ownership plan that will allow them to either, save more for retirement and college education(s) or pay off their home sooner rather than never.
- – Those who are struggling with debt and credit, by helping them come up with a plan for dramatic debt reduction and for restoring or enhancing their credit profile. Also by providing advice and counsel on bankruptcy and foreclosure.
